Inforalya Private Limited is a technology company that builds products and ecosystems around artificial intelligence, cloud computing and data analytics. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Inforalya Private Limited.

We may also require an account to access certain features; if so, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or to protect the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Inforalya Private Limited will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
